Wonderful white cotton bathrobes, and premium French toiletries from L"Occitane - shampoo/bodywash, conditioner, hand made soaps, all made from natural ingredients. Of course, we provide plenty of towels and each of our bathrooms has a walk in shower, hairdryer, makeup mirror, and amenities. The Provence bathroom has a double spa bath as well as the separate shower.

While we do not have a minimum stay requirement, listening to feedback from our guests, we recommend that you consider a minimum two night stay in Akaroa, so that you have time to enjoy the wide range of sights, activities and restaurants.Each suite has its own unique personal charm and character and shares the same level of comfort and guest services. We start with the best possible beds, firm structure with soft pillow tops, and feather underlays to ensure you the very best sleep experience. Only the finest linens are used, along with plenty of feather pillows, duvets and quilts. Bathrooms are contemporary, with modern fixtures, walk in showers, L'Occitane toiletries, lots of fluffy cotton towels, heated towel rails, and personal bathrobes. The Provence Suite also has a spa bath. There is complimentary Port, chocolates, a selection of teas, Nespresso machines in each room, and Carol's homemade Ricciarelli cookies. All suites have Television, DVD, and music, with an in house selection of CD's and DVD Movies. Complimentary wireless internet, and a guest computer are available for exclusive use by guests. Check in and Check OutCheck in time is anytime after 2pm, and check out time is 11am.Cancellation PolicyIn the event that we are unable to replace your cancelled booking, a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the applicable room rate will be applied for each room night cancelled withing 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival. Where cancellation occurs within 14 days , 50% will apply and within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival or when guest fails to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% applies.
